By using this website or Integra you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Your subscription agreement, proposal or invoice sets out the modules, users and services you have purchased; where it differs from these terms, it takes precedence.

• Use Integra only for lawful business purposes.
• Keep sign-in details confidential and tell us about any unauthorised access.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• You are responsible for the data you enter and for meeting the laws that apply to your business.

Business data you store in Integra belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy.

Subscriptions are billed as set out in your agreement. Payments are processed by authorised payment providers.

We improve Integra continuously and may change features to improve function, security or compliance. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you have purchased.

Unless your agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India, with local rules applied where services are delivered.
